A Real Human, Not AI
Meet Kat
Credentialed Mathematics Teacher • AI Strategy Theorist • Founder of LucidiumKat was born and raised in California, where she grew up around business ownership, marketing, and graphic design. Her father owned a marketing agency for 32 years, and Kat began experimenting with digital design on Neopets around age five. She now has more than 15 years of professional marketing experience, including work with recognizable brands such as Food for Life and Snapware. In 2018, she moved to a 40-acre homestead in Arizona, became a teacher, and discovered how much she loved helping people understand complex ideas.After a series of personal tragedies in 2021, Kat spent much of the following year homeless before returning to California and rebuilding her life. She later met her current partner, and together they assisted with his family’s business after his father’s death. Neither of them fully understood the industry at the time, and the business was consuming their lives. When accessible AI tools emerged in 2023, Kat used them to learn the industry, improve customer interactions, build stronger systems, and transform the business into a polished brand. With the help of AI, work that once took Kat more than ten hours could eventually be completed in one or two, giving them their lives back.Missing teaching, Kat founded Lucidium AI Business School in 2025. She created The Executive AI Strategy™ to teach people how to direct AI as a capable business team while remaining responsible for the vision, judgment, and results.
As a credentialed mathematics teacher and AI strategy theorist, Kat uses definitions, models, counterexamples, and formal reasoning to test the concepts she teaches. Lucidium brings together her experience in marketing, mathematics, education, business ownership, survival, and AI to help people build businesses that support their lives instead of consuming them.
